Lead Optometrist/Medical Director
Matthew Foley O.D.
Dr. Matthew Foley, O.D., is the owner and lead optometrist at Foley Vision Center, where he brings over 20 years of experience in eye care to patients in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. A proud graduate of the New England College of Optometry in Boston (Beta Sigma Kappa honors, Class of 2003), Dr. Foley has dedicated his career to cutting-edge vision care with a special focus on advanced dry eye treatments.

Scott Howard
Scott is the first friendly face you’ll see when you come in for your appointment. He is the jack of all trades at Foley Vision Center and has been in the industry for many years! He began his career in eye care in 1988. His knowledge, experience, and kindness are what our patients adore when picking out glasses or ordering contacts.
Optometric Technician
Jonathan Reilly
Jonathan is the newest addition to our staff. As a training Optometric Technician he is more than happy to guide each patient through different eye/vision tests as well as learn how to use the newest gear at Foley Vision Center. He is a 23 year old graduate from the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree in Communications.
Front Desk Assistant
Ari Sibalon
I’ve spent the past six years in the customer service industry, where connecting with people is truly my passion. I enjoy helping patients or people in general over the phone and take pride in knowing they end their call feeling heard, helped, and satisfied. When I'm not working I love spending time with my nephew --- fulfilling my role as a cool aunt that buys him sweets and toys or enjoying karaoke nights with friends.
Optometrist Assistant
Trevor Foley
Trevor Foley is the newest member of the Foley Vision Center team. Trevor is a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from UMass Lowell, and is certified as a personal trainer. He is from Newburyport, MA and enjoys hanging out with friends, watching sports, and working directly with patients in healthcare!
Optometrist Assistant
Ryan Archie
Ryan is the newest addition to our team at Foley Vision Center. As a 23-year-old Optometric Assistant, he helps support the doctors and staff while ensuring patients have a smooth and comfortable experience. Ryan is a graduate from the University of Alabama, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in News Media.
